COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fischer Technology EGAB1.3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Forney parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Furon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the CL6828X1A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AFSSBC05 manufactured by Forney and we are pleased to be able to service most Forney systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FC1010CS by Manufacturer Furon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fisher Brand 27A2770X042 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fusion-Uv-Systems such as I6S equipment made by Fusion-Uv-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fusion-Uv-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fusion-Uv-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TS1100I made by Fuji as well as the popular 7NCC221 original spares produced by Furnas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 25E by Flowswerve and I6S spares by Fusion-Uv-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMD2AC21A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji-Electric. |
